Certificates of Merit are prepared in accordance with state guidelines and your needs. Follow up reviews and testimony are available if the lawsuit proceeds.
Standards of Care Reviews
Our experts of like specialty with current clinical expertise are able to evaluate treatment, surgery, nursing, therapy, or other notes to determine if the professional in question has committed a breach in the standard of care in any given clinical scenario. Discussion with legal staff as well as written reports are completed as requested. Follow up reviews and testimony are available if this becomes necessary.
Life Care Plans
Our certified Life Care Planners develop a comprehensive plan which details the cost of future treatment and care. Our CLCP are also available to review a previously completed plan to rebut outlined treatment needs and associated costs. A rebuttal document can be prepared as needed. Follow up reviews and testimony are available for either if this becomes necessary.
Vocational Evaluation
Our vocational experts are able to develop a report to look at current and future vocational capability; availability of jobs in the job market, as well as the earning capacity of the individual being evaluated. Loss of future earnings is appraised and any assistance required in order to return to work is determined for an individual to the current job market in any capacity. Our experienced and credentialed vocational experts are available for testimony if this becomes necessary.
